Achievement bug?

Is “Heroic: The Frostwing Halls” Achievement bugged? i have ran the boss in Icecrown Several times, even getting portal jockey, however im not able to get credit for rescuing valithria.

I recently completed all the achievements needed for the Glory of the Icecrown Raider achievement but not getting credit for saving Valithria despite having the portal jockey achievement. I put in a ticket and was told to submit a bug report. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been trying multiple times and have had the same issue, and all the GM told me was to check message boards for help like wtf blizzard
