Achievement bug and unable to report issues in game

Hi,

Would like to seek assistance with regards to the following 2 issues:

  1. Unable to get credit for the following achievement “The Enterprising Damage Dealer” on my warlock. Despite just unlocking resilence keystones, the achievement says I have yet to time Mechagon - Workshop on a 10 keystone or higher.

  2. In game support page is not opening / loading for me to submit this bug report. (I believe this was reporting multiple times on the forum.

Hoping that a GM or someone could assist. Thanks!

If you timed the Workshop prior to May 13th, you’ll need to do it again to get credit since the achievement is not currently retroactive.

i did mine post 13 may (i mean i just done +12 on all dungeons recently).
