As seen in the screenshot below, the Acheivement does not update with the spider Ru Muh’r. Unknown about the others yet.

blizzard need to fix this achievement.
This isn’t working for me either.
Thimble doesn’t give credit no matter which one I find, and there is like 5 of them around Azj’Kahet.
General’s Scouting Shadespider you can only do during the A spider’s view quest, yay for alts.
any change on this achimeent is super bug so far.
A lot of these types are bugged - finding books, treasures, this one. I’ve found some over and over, and waved at little spiders, on multiple toons and it doesn’t update the tracking so no idea if it’s actually tracked it or not (achievement page/log in game says not but who knows).
Logged in today and auto got this achievement i had been unable to get most of the spiders to work with /wave before hand.
Just tried it, didn’t work initially.
The achievement changed from Swift to Bobbin. The original inclusion of Swift must have been an error. Bobbin is the NPC that you turn the weekly Weaver quest into and is located at 56.4 43.2.
That may be why it popped for me on login I’d waved at any spider I saw after a while.
