tried everything, but reinstall the entire game. deleted cache, wtf folders, reseted configs…

nothing seens to work.

I am trying to create a ticket, but Blizzard made this option alost impossible to find.

Blizzard ended their courtesy tech support two years ago, so there is no ticket option for that.

I recommend reporting this in Support > Bug Report

What you can try guys is installing MSI overburner and enable OSD, add ram usage.
In my case sometimes when it reaches 15600mb (i got only 16gb on my budget laptop) it crashes because there was not enough memory, wow uses about 10-12gb, If you open browsers and other apps it might exceed the capacity and show the error.

Now i have seen the error when not reaching the total amount of available ram in my PC, also in my other PC with 32gb of ram. But you can start from there.

Something that might solve this is the “Stuck Character Service.” I selected the problematic shaman, and his transmog resets, and the game restarts. Just don’t do what I did, which was to change my shaman’s transmog, close the game, and come back to see if it works without first changing characters, because now I can’t even log in. I’ll have to wait another 4 hours to use the service again before I can play.

edit: in doubt, place your shaman as far down as possible so that he doesn’t appear on the screen when loading the warband for the first time.

Not sure if you are in the same boat I was; I had set favorite shaman’s weapons as a dual legion axes, hidden. Now the game is bricked and I cant log in.

deleted my cache and wtf.

Proof that Blizzard hates Shamans.

I used the character unstuck as it temporarily disables your transmogs. It allowed me to log in, change the transmog in question, and hearth home.
I moved my stuck character to no longer on my favorites list as well just for precaution.

I believe the problem is when you set your mog to stay hidden on sheathe on weapons that already stay hidden when sheathed, which in cludes those legion spectral doohammer maces.

At least one of my glow axes would sheathe on my hip, but I think you are on to something.
We glitched the Matrix…
