When I see it, it says +3 damage, but after applying it, it says +1 damage.
EDIT: Actually, when I made it on my 120 engineer, it said +3 damage, but my lvl 20 DiD has it and it says +1 damage
Wowhead has it as +3 damage, why is it showing +1?
The Accurate Scope scales with Character level. At level 19-28 i is +1 damage, at 29-58 it is +2 damage and at 59 it goes full +3 scaling like enchants!
