So what is account wide?
Is renown and the campaign stuffs that way or do we gotta do it all again

I think the rewards are account wide for a lot of renown but I’m not totally sure. You get all the glyphs you collected for riding on alts though you need to open up the tree and use them as soon as you get to the dragon isles, then grab the mount from the collections tab and away you go.
I think they also made it so all your alts get 100% rep boost once you hit renown 10 on your main.

dragonflying is account wide - unlocking content is account wide - cosmetics/pets and mounts are account wide.
I just dont wanna have to do the campaign with all my alts
you can skip the campaign on your alts entirely I believe. In fact, it appears you can level up just on profession quests/weeklies.

Each renown level specifically tells you if it’s an account wide unlock or not.
DR unlocks are account wide.
This is incorrect.
As far as renown progress, that is not account wide, however every 10 levels you get on your main increases how much rep you get with that faction on your alts
Renown level 10 gives you 100% rep gain up to 10 on alts, level 20 gives you 200% up to 10, and 100% up to 20, etc.
Reps are not account wide… i am lvl 66 on this character through instant tank dungeon ques and barely have any rep for anything. I can’t be bothered to do the storyline again but I’m gonna have to for my profession schematics.
Meanwhile my shaman has done everything it can and sit at lvl 9 or 10 for all four. But you do get 100% rep increased for alts below 10.
The world quests give like 9k exp each. Not nearly enough even if you do all of them. You are forced to do the story again.
