Look, realistically there are some basic, minimal changes that could help
If you are > 2400 cr or mmr on anything, your starting mmr should be 1800 not 1500
If you are > 2400 mmr on a spec, your mmr lower bound should be within 500 of that, with an adjustment if your item level is low.

No, because this is a bad idea.
No one is doing that, and if they are, it’s for a single lobby and they’re 2400 the next one.
It would be if that was happening, but it’s not. MMR carries over season to season and adjusts INSANELY fast. It’s basically impossible to stay at a rating unless you go 50/50 for an extended period of time, which would mean they are losing games and therefor not “Squishing” anyone.
Bad idea. I’m 3500 xp on boomy, but 1800 xp as mistweaver. So should I play MW at 2650? Should I be stuck at 2650 as boomy? Because all this will make people do is lose on their alts and be miserable getting nuked, and would literally force you to smurf on your main.
Also, it’d be EXTREMELY exploitable for people to farm wins by making low alts, and also very punishing for people trying to push rating because if they had 8 alts they’d climb 8x slower.
I have never seen a more out-of-touch streamer who is so confidently wrong in his own takes.
