Account-Wide gold (one big pot for my whole account to use)
Account-Wide reputation (self explanatory)
Account-Wide Soulbound items (so if I get a BoP I can’t use, I’ll get give it to my alt)
Account-Wide Transmog appearance (so as a clothie, i’ll still unlock the appearance for my platies)
Account-Wide achievement PROGRESS (yes, there are metas, but certain requirements for certain achieves aren’t available between alts; like for example “A Mask for All Occasions” for the Hallow’s End event, need 24 masks, some masks I got on one toon, and other masks I have for another. I basically achieved it already! Now I have to waste MORE time getting it all on one?)
…I mean, maybe because I’ve recently quit FFXIV, that I’m used to having everything done on one character. But of all the things WoW ‘steals’ from other MMOs over time, you can’t/won’t make everything Account-Wide?
10 alts on a single server can share the gold they accumulate on that particular server only, but cannot share across other servers, for that obvious reason.
Would just cause more people screaming in the GD forums over gear disparity. Those of us that can will run higher end stuff on mains and send over and they’ll have a meltdown. I mean, I don’t mind it but I don’t think it would go over well.
