Can we please do the same thing you’ve done with Primal Chaos, my Evoker has an insane amount of Primal Focus and Concentrated Primal Focus just sitting there.
I’ve already put the hard time in why can’t I send them to Alts to give them a boost in crafted gear?. How is this not implemented when you added Primal Chaos to be account tradeable.
Why must everything be a huge grind, I’ve did the grind already I feel like I’m being punished for playing Alts.
Is there a vendor that takes them as currency or something? That would be really handy, it could sell different materials in addition to a BOA version that costs slightly more than 1-1?
Gimme a second drop down in crafting orders to allow the finished product to be sent to another character on my account/server.
Edit : Ok so the idea sounded good to me when I typed it, but forgot about sparks. So yeah. Just make em accountbound. Even if its at some ratio’ed rate. 4:5 or something.
Why should hardcore players be able to gear up their alts literally without doing any content, better than open world players are able to gear up their mains despite grinding content all season?
Who is it that really wants BiS gear literally mailed to them?
Meanwhile, open world players can’t even craft a full set at lower iLvls because they don’t get enough Primal Chaos or Sparks of Infusion for that.
yes and if these people keep complaining then blizzard should nerf that content so they don’t have so much extra.
I normally don’t even care about what these people get, however, this affects everyone doing professions because it enables them to level up professions for an alt army without using interacting with others in the work order system - something others can’t do.
Actually, yes. You boost your bad luck protection through raid boss kills or M+ chests, then you can kill rares or loot dirt piles until the Bottle pops.
Killing rares and looting dirt piles alone doesn’t seem to produce as many Bottles.
But why should toons that haven’t done a single bit of that hard content (or any content) have access to the best gear in the game, when my toons farm their eyes out and still can’t craft a full set of the lower iLvl versions?
What you’re advocating for is a form of account-wide gear that only benefits elite players. It goes beyond mere catch-up.
Yes, the hardcore content seems to award more Primal Chaos than the players actually need. Hardcore players whined about having too much, and devs gave them account-wide Chaos in a hotfix. Now they want everything to be account wide, I guess.
I could see them capping it at the 405s to send to alts. Get a little bit of value starting off with a weapon or two and some jewelery maybe.
Like 15 405s = 10 405s and
10 418s = 10 405s
Just to be able to dump them to get some use. I’m also positive those infusions are probably gone next season with new ones replacing it anyways for the higher tiered ones.
Probably because your toons are also not doing a single bit of that hard content either?
And no, it does not only benefit “elite players”. You do not have to be an “elite player” to do m+2. You just have to be a player that doesn’t ignore 80% of the game.
I’m advocating players who have done the content be able to send their Alts primal focus, hey if you don’t want to do 16+ keys, that’s fine, you choose how you play.
I’m saying I’ve invested more then enough time and collected a surplus of the stuff why not just let me enjoy it how I choose too.
If I want to send them to an alt, how does it effect you and the way you play your game.
I can say I clearly have spent a lot more time then you grinding keys why can’t I benefit from it? Why can’t I give a quick boost to Alts? Why do I have to re do it?. I put the time and investment in getting the damn stuff why should I have to re do the whole thing all over again?
Might as well make concentrated account bound too.
Just rip em and give your alts 418 gear instantly.
At the end of the day, your effort progressing your character should be from the character youre playing, not from your main funneling resources to your alts. This isnt Lost Ark.
The person I was responding to is insinuating that there are only two types of players. The ones doing hard content, and the ones staying in open world solo content. And that if you have excess primal focus it is only because you are doing hard content.
I am replying that one can have plenty of primal focus from doing easier content. There there is a gradient middle ground.
