Why is your account ban and suspension system so skewed? I have just received a 7 day account ban for “abusive” chat, and no proof of what said abusive chat was. When trying to send an appeal, the ticket just sits there with a loading loop and never actually sends. You as a company make any form of customer support so difficult its actually infuriating. I can guarantee the “abusive chat” i did was me refusing to heal a dungeon i was in and telling them to vote kick me because i was tired of the horrible group. Your system is so bogus because if more than a couple people “report” you, no matter what the offense is your auto ban system just does it. You either need to make customer service more readily available or remove the auto ban system entirely. I have been playing this game since 2005, and the fact your entire company has fallen this bad is severely disheartening.
Since you also posted this in the CS forum and you got a Forum Support agent to reply before. He said seems like you had been having a conversation or talking about Genitalia in game. Maybe maybe that might have something to do with this since that kind of topic is not exactly a good fit with this game.
