am trying to change my account settings but all I get is a blank white page I’ve tried three different browsers can someone please help?
Do you try with ur Mobile phone or a Tablet? Do you have any extention on your browssers?
Try to use Firefox.
yes, I tried the mobile phone and Firefox is my default browser and the extensions are not the problem either even shutting down the antivirus and firewall did nothing so what the hell? could one of the admins get back to me or is there someone I can call? I need serious help
The forum isn’t a way to contact the staff directly, only the ticket system can be used for a guaranteed response. I checked the account pages, and they are loading as normal, so something on your network is blocking them.
well i also having this issue so it not he`s network at all ive been trying for 4 hours now and still not working
let u all know its not our network i think somthing has happened to battle net and its not letting us on can we please just have blizzard look into this its not a issue with anyones internet at all ive done all the requirements for this and ive only had the trouble since 2pm my time but it hasnt been fix at all elocin if u think its a network problem why don

I can get into the account settings. So, it’s not a universal problem. Start your troubleshooting.

Like Zungar, the account settings are working as expected for me. They load, I can make changes, etc. I think the players in the thread have something in common, but I don’t know what it is. Either some security software that got an update (disabling those often does nothing), a common ISP, a common type of network (school, business, etc), or a location.

Thanks for reaching out on this. I noticed both players reporting this issue are from a similar region. Try loading a different region of the website to see if the alternate route works instead. For example there are several versions of our website, such as:
eu.battle.net
us.battle.net
Since US would be default for your region, try EU instead!

I have same issue. Blank page when accessing account details via the launcher.
Tried chrome, opera and firefox all same issue.
I am in the Oceanic region Australia.
Eu battlenet comes up blank page as well
Have turned off ant virus still same issue
ive done both sites and still a blank page i need to pay for my wow account
done both of those and still not working
ive done firefox google chrome and default internet browser not working so its not a network issue at all
