Account Restrictions: Wow Classic Era - US99157596 - IggyKross#1684

Good evening,

I play World of Warcraft Classic Era and recently within the last two weeks. I started with two friends of mine, neither of which are encountering this issue. I attempted to resolve this in game with your Game Masters who were unable to resolve the issue and advised that I should report this as a bug here.

The issue is that a notification stating that the “action is currently restricted” is preventing me from trading, using the mailbox, or using the auction house. I’ve been told per the in-game ticket that I created that this is due to a “free trial”, although I play World of Warcraft Classic Era, where I am required to pay a subscription in order to play. I was also required to report this issue for a second time here, which seems redundant as I already reported the issue to Blizzard employees via the in-game portal.

In an attempt to resolve this I was advised that I would need to reset my password in order to “refresh” my account. I’ve done this twice with no resolution, once before submitting the in-game ticket, and then again when requested to.

Please advise what further action is required in order to remove this restriction from my paid account.

I know in SoD accounts under 30 days have those restrictions. Have to have paid for 30 days (not with a token), and once those 30 days are up, restrictions are gone.

he is not a sod were playing classic era whitemane pvp server. whats worst is 4 of us started playing at the same time and 2 of people got restricted other 2 did not
