Mechagnomes are victims of living under a king who sought to force his vision of perfection on all of his subjects which created a horrific dystopian society where you Robotify or Die.

That lore is just a denial story they tell themselves for continually getting stuck in various assembly lines and getting limbs accidentally attached.

I only get stuck in weird jail cells in the middle of random places because I went for the plate of food they put in there, thank you.

I can’t get enough info so i looked it up and now i’m totally confuse it says 15,000 years but the elves are 10,000 years or is that right?

As far as I can tell, yeah. I’m not sure when Vrykul / mechagnomes / Earthen dwarves came into muddy existence.
I guess you could also say trolls are the OG native Azerith race, but they weren’t created by gods, they’ve just been chilling since the dawn of time.

We know that the First Pantheon of Death was a bunch of Robots including Zovaal but there’s no actual proof that the current Pantheon of Death ever was Robots…
Considering Denathrius’s servants the Nathrezim’s Enemy Infiltration Journal implies that Denathrius is aligned with Spirit as is the rest of the Pantheon one might wonder: Are the Pantheon of Death Members actually Robots or are they powerful Spirits imitating Robots that were sealed away in Zereth Mortis in order to spread the Gift of Flesh to the Shadowlands including Zovaal?
If the latter then they failed to fix Zovaal’s programming and now have to kill him alerting the First Ones to the intrusion by Spirit into their Cosmic Realms!
This would be a good mech gnome name.
