The quest, Accessing the Archives, is ready to be turned in and I am unable to do so.
The first time, MOTHER disappeared directly after the console appeared. After that, no matter what I tried (abandoning it numerous times). The only thing that MOTHER offers is what she has for sale.
The quest is marked that it’s ready to be turned in, but unable.
I have the same problem on multiple toons. What is up with this quest?
Had the same issue and was unable to find an answer.
Check if MOTHER is channeling on Ebonhorn. If she is, you’ll need to progress further on the On the Trail of the Black Prince storyline and complete Save Ebonhorn.
I’ve added a comment on wowhead today that gives a bit more information.
