For me it’s fast movement in a 3 dimensional room. I can go at full speed at 550% on my Tuskarr sled or cheat my speed up to 970% in Pandaria’s Roll Club quest without any issues but when I fly up in the air I lose my orientation if I go beyond a certain speed. It’s an issue with my eyes that’s not treatable. Even the new steady flying speed is challenging for me.

I can sympathize with this, but this is still a preferential thing.
Steady flying isn’t an accessibility option for this, much in the same way a compression glove isn’t an accessibility option for arthritis. It’s a more generalized tool that can help in specific regards, whether it be fatigue on a long drive or, indeed, arthritis woes.
This person is saying I’m screeching when they are making everyone’s exact point of how easy it is to get the pathfinder achievement. Vs an exorbitant gold cost on every single character to unlock any type of flying. How am I the unreasonable one? How am I a troll?

So Ion…since steady flight is here to stay as per YOUR own words…now you need to remove this pointless incarnation of pathfinder that has no purpose in the game given it was created to keep us ALL on the ground and that purpose was annihilated in DF on day one…hour one…when we got flight without pathfinder

Ion isn’t here, but sure. I agree so far with that post. Except maybe the purpose, it’s most likely they lock it behind Pathfinder due to bots, but I find it to be a poor excuse.

I wouldn’t be surprised, but even moreso than that, Pathfinder is the easiest to get that it’s ever been, so new accounts can do it very easily. Makes it kind of a moot ‘barrier’ so to speak.

And jesus christ man…how naive is this guy thinking that bots NEED TO FLY, lmao…NO…they DONT…they can park at a LFR NPC and run in and out all day long farming gold and vendoring it without ANY NEED for flight…I know…Ive reported dozens of them myself, lmao.
Its very possible to sit a toon at ONE node, and continually pick or mine it as it respawns. There are dozens of nodes on the way down to hollowfall that have no mobs near them.
