Can you post the complete error and a dxdiag. The cause is a different reason then the Intel chips

Could not post entire dxdiag as it exceeds character limit.
Post it to pastebin.com, then code the link so it bypasses trust level.

I would start with updating your bios if you know how. You are about 24 revisions behind. I would check the temperatures of the cpu. What it’s peaking at. And the GPU. Also voltages of the PSU. The access violations are actually look like they’re blue screens.
Updated BIOS to newest version, Updated Graphics card, nothing so far has helped. Still getting the same error when trying to load a character up.
What are the temps on your CPU GPU while you are actually playing the game. The free version of hardware monitor will allow you to see the peaks on the temps
Where can i find this information?
The free version of hardware monitor will allow you to look at the temperatures the voltages. See how high you they’re spiking too
CPU Capped out at 79C/GPU capped at 36C
Did you have another video card in your computer at one time?
Negative, unless it is trying to use integrated graphics which i dont know why it would try.
Have you updated the chipset drivers and your AMD GPU driver?
Yes, just went through and checked them all again in device manager, best driver is installed for everything.
You want to check the manufacturer’s site, not the device manager, for the latest version of any driver. Most BIOS updates are not pulled by the Windows update utility and you have to do them yourself.
I did a full bios update from my mobi manufacturer website earlier today. Updated to most recent bios updated as of a week ago.
Update: Turning on XMP in my BIOs fixed the issue somehow? no clue why or how. Also turned on the Enhanced X3D feature for my CPU.
