Access Violation

Sup guys, returning player here, with a huge problem - I can`t even get to the login screen, the game freezes and crashes before that.

Updated all the drivers, restarted the sys about 5 times, noting.
also tried deleting the WTF , cache and interface, but no luck
put the game on compatibility mode an still nope.
