Access violation with recent patch 11.1.5?

hi all first time poster here hoping to get some help, my gf just logged in for the first time since the new nigthfall patch. and after anywhere from almost instantly after logging in to maybe 30 mins of good gameplay, shell get this

ACCESS_VIOLATION - the instruction at “0x00007ff6f3e066ab” referenced memory at “0x000001e0eb871188”
The memory could not be “written”

First, check the “Problem signature” apps listed in the error reporting at the end. Disable the HP bloatware causing errors.

Next, reinstall an older version of the nvidia drivers. January’s version should be good. She may need to use Display Driver Uninstaller to completely wipe the current driver out, but you can just try clean install with the older driver first.
