Access violation randomly crash, Intel i9-14900ks+ Z790 dark hero. Here's my quick fix sharing

Go to BIOS->Advance->CPU config->CPU power management:

1.intel CPU Boost 3.0-> Disable
2.Turbo boost-> Disable
I might name these wrongly, disable anything you see there’s a “boost”.

I kept my speedstep enable though, works for me, if it’s not working:

3.Speedstep-> diable

I hope this could help.
Seems like there are some issues runing WOW with my 14th gen 14900KS.

This setting make my computer about 50% slow.

Try to set Bios to " intel default setting"
This may only reduce 8~10% performance.

Im on AMD 7950x3D

Same Error. Seems to only happen at vendors.

So its not just an intel issue. Since that’s the case you may want to move this thread to bug reports

Intel 13th and 14th gen have major stability issues. Get latest bios and set the multiplier down from max.

I turn off the Turbo boost, seems like game is stable.
