im in netherstorm, went to tempest keep the eye… access violation when I went into the raid, now my character is bricked and I cannot play it or log into it anymore

Yep. A guildie found this out too. Make sure you post it in Bug Reports too.
Use the character stuck feature in the Support section of the website. It sometimes works.

Neither CS nor TS can help. It’s a bug for many. So it needs to go in Bug Reports and we pray they fix it ASAP.

It’s getting to the point that I’d welcome a patch that was nothing but bug fixes. I’ve never seen the game this glitchy.

I don’t want to cause you too much alarm because I could be totally off here in your case. But… I recently had to have my PC’s 14th generation intel i9 CPU replaced due to the widespread voltage/hardware issue on these CPUs. Intel CPUs in the 13th and 14th generation have this voltage issue that was corrected through a BIOS update. If your CPU was degraded before this BIOS microcode fix though, it’s too late and the CPU is cooked and will only probably get worse and more and more unstable.
Since I got mine replaced (with the BIOS microcode update already on my motherboard) I’ve had ZERO Access Violation errors or other wonky mishaps like browser tabs crashing. I didn’t want to believe this was the problem, but all signs pointed to this being the issue, and I finally bit the bullet and had it fixed. Thankfully my PC has a warranty on it, so it cost me nothing.
But yeah. If you notice your PC doing weird stuff and programs/games crashing with more than just WoW you might have one of these affected CPUs and need to replace it.
Try again, they just pushed a hotfix that fixed Argus and the Draenor garrison. It looks ilke all the crashing had a common cause.
