Question. Who Remembers the epic being guaranteed? And shouldnt they give reputation for being downed. Guild decided to do one today and received no rep and no epic item, just the blue. My memory from vanilla back “X” years ago was always an epic? Correct me if i’m wrong.

Chance of epic, not 100%.
I encountered the same problem. The rep is the main concern. A GM told me it’s a UI bug, you should receive rep after reload UI, but I cannot confirm that’s the case. Can anyone try it?
We tried this out tonight. Made a note of rep before summoning and checked it after. No change even after reloading and fully relogging.
I killed lord Skwol a couple of days ago and got no rep. I really hope Blizzard is looking in to this.
Same. Did 3 Lords, no rep.
On Kromcrush realm today around 11am to about 1pm. I did 3 Royal summons with people who hit revered. We got an epic drop off first Royal. Next 2 had blue loots. But all 3 bosses didn’t give any rep. First kill we had 20 people. Other kills only had 15ish people. Blizzard give us our rep please. This grind is brutal and to get jipped 50 rep does not make us happy campers
Just killed High Marshal Whirlaxis and no one got rep. I reloaded UI and it didnt update and I logged out and back on and rep didnt update. Please fix.
Unless you you don’t care about rep. I’d recommend people not to kill Abyssal Lord’s till Blizzard comes out with a response to a fix to the rep gains.
Any word on if Blizzard has fixed this bug?

I just killed a couple of Dukes and Templars and it looks like the more people in your group that can receives the rep, the less rep everyone gets. IE with 6 people in a raid but only 5 in the area, you still get the 5 or 25 rep that you are suppose to get but as soon as there are more then 5 people that can receive the rep we are losing 1 5th of the amount of rep that we are suppose to get. I suspect that the reason we get no rep from the raid bosses is that with 15+ people that we need to kill the boss the bug drops the amount of rep to nothing.
Not really expecting a different outcome here but in the past I have had some success with tweets. Retweet… push it whatever you can. This needs to be fixed.

Can confirm it is not a “UI issue.” We did 3 lords + 4 dukes in a raid group last night, received no rep for any of those kills. We were still receiving the 1 rep for the twilight mobs (for those who weren’t honored.)
Doing Dukes in a raid group will not give you Rep. They are level 62 Elites and intended to be killed in a 5 man group.
The Royal Lords are where the issue comes into play. They are ?? (raid boss) elite that requires anywhere from 20-40 people to defeat. These should be providing some kind of Rep to the raid upon kill.
I understand that, just trying to point out that something must be wrong if I can receive 1 rep for each twilight mob in a raid group, but nothing for dukes or lords

From what I have seen this bug effects the Templars, Dukes and Lords.
From what I have seen you can be in a raid and get full rep from the Templars and Dukes (have not been able to test with Lords) as long as no more then 5 people in the raid are in the local area available to receive credit for the kill.
I suspect that if you summon a Lord solo or only in a group of 5 but have a separate raid of people help you kill the Lord you and your group would get the full 50 rep.
Having a 6th person doesnt mean that you get 0 rep for killing these mobs. When a 6th person becomes eligible to receive rep, everyone in the raid receives 4/5ths the amount of rep that they should for the kill. I have killed Templars and Dukes with 6 people and received 4 rep for the Templar kill and 20 rep for the Duke kill. I have not been able to test with a Lord. I suspect that as you add people that are eligible to receive rep the amount of rep will be reduced by 20% for each player added from the amount you should receive untill you have 10+ people and receive no rep from any of the summonable mobs.
