Abysmal FPS with 3090

Hello, recently I installed WoW on my new PC and average 20-35 fps in Dornagal depending on how busy it is (45 fps is the highest I’ve gotten) and 10-15 during combat in raids. Lowering my graphics quality has no impact on the fps. My older PC runs WoW on quality preset 7 at 45+ fps in Dornogal and in raids. WoW is the only game I have that does this, any advice would be much apperciated.

New PC:
i9-10980XE
RTX 3090 KINGPIN
X299X AORUS MASTER
128 GB RAM
Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus

Old PC:
i7-8700K
RTX 1080Ti
Alienware A00
32 GB RAM

Wow is heavily cpu dependent and does not utilize multiple cores well. Your new cpu has a lower base speed than your old one even though it has more cores. For wow that i9 isn’t a great choice.
