Reporting people afk while they are participating will just make them want to actually afk leech next time… FYI. Don’t report people willy nilly. I wasn’t afk when I was removed.
what’s a good mmo community that does so by choice and not because the mechanics encourage/limit them to

I would report him for lying, i.e. language/harassment if he said that in chat and you saw it.

That tends to happen when you notice someone call you out for being afk, so you start moving, and get removed in the process.
One time, someone reported my afk, because I didn’t move while waiting the game coubter before s pvp match.

I’ve had this happen before as well. It should be impossible for an AFK tag to be applied to someone IN COMBAT in a battleground actually at the keyboard fighting stuff. That’s just poor implementation by Blizzard.

Never heard of “necro” before but it just takes up one spot on the topic list and the person could have just made a new topic, which would do the same thing so I see no issue with that.
You had a whole page full of topics in front of you, why did you click on this one? Just to tell us its old? Don’t like a topic? Scroll past and click something else, or is this old topic just taking up so much space that you must click?

Which is just stupid. The old way they did it with a debuff warning you that were flagged as afk made more sense.
