Abuse of Free Character Move in Classic Era

Continuing the discussion from WoW Classic Era 1.14.4 Development Notes:

Please note that the Free Character Move service is not currently testable on PTR. It will function just as it does on live Classic Era servers now when 1.14.4 is released later this Summer.

The current implementation of free transfers is rife with abuse in Classic Era. Players are exploiting this service to continually mule uncontested resources off low-population realms and onto the free Xfer destinations. This cheating damages legitimate gameplay on both the sending and recieving realms. A previous thread covering this topic (https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/classic-era-exploitation-of-free-transfers/) shows that players across multiple Classic Era communities have witnessed this exploitative behavior.

Will Blizzard take any action to remedy this situation?

I was wondering how will people also abuse this with Hardcore deaths transfer.

While the same can theoretically be done with farming on a high-level HC toon and mailing it to a throwaway that then ‘dies’, that’s likely making things more complicated.

That’s demonstrably false. The unlimited free transfers are currently being abused in Classic Era.
