Amazing game mode. I am so glad they put it in. I am so glad so many people requested it.
It’s absolutely perfect for those times when you don’t have friends on to Arena, don’t feel like doing random BG’s, and don’t feel like sitting around to form a RBG.
Absolutely love it and it’s a ton of fun. Even when there are really undergered people it’s really fun because each round almost feels like a “Protect the VIP” round, lol!
tbh i hope they have mount and title rewards even if they aren’t the same as Gladiator when rated solo shuffle comes out next expansion
will be hard to feel motivated to push rank in it otherwise
Needs to be % based spec leaderboards for mounts. The rest like xmorgs and stuff im sure will be fine.
For me at least, it’s going to be a lot easier to stay motivated to push rank when it’s 100% just me I have to depend on.
Waiting on friends or trying to form groups on my own is the main reason why I wanted solo queue so badly.
I just feel like I’m not wasting my time with solo queue. The queue could be a little shorter but honestly I’ll take a 7 minute queue. If you’re a DPS, you could easily be waiting hours for a RBG or Arena group.
Not trying to hijack the conversation about rewards… just my 2C about motivation! 
I thought shuffle was supposed to be for players that don’t do normal arena.
It’s clearly not. It’s just a bunch of arena vets raging at you for losing.
Pretty sure solo shuffle is for anyone who wants to PvP. It’s the thing I default to now whenever I log in and no friends are online. It’s quite literally the only reason why I’m subbed and I love it.
I don’t even bother with 2v2 or 3v3 LFG ranked now. It’s a total waste of time waiting 20 minutes for a partner in LFG and then 1/3 of the time getting absolutely destroyed by boosters or people with literally 2x my health.
As for raging in solo shuffle… I’ve literally never seen anyone ever raging at anyone ever in any shuffle. 80% of the chat is simply saying who to focus and 20% might be talking about the previous round if something funny happened.

It should be treated exactly as the difference between Arenas and RBGs. The titles are different, but the Xmog & mounts are identical.

I’m a new healer and I’ve been loving solo shuffle. it lets me keep playing and practicing until things start coming together. it makes understanding things in arenas much easier.
The weekly quests for solo shuffle are really worth it.
Is actually amazing, best PvP mode ever!! hope they try out the rating stuff on 9.2.5 so it is completely ready and working properly on 10.0
They should make it the testing grounds for gear scaling in 9.2.5 and add some fun rewards
I agree, solo shuffle is amazing concept and will be made even better with rated and gear equality.
Honestly, rated solo shuffle is the only reason I am considering playing in 10.0.
Yeah it was awesome today. Was on my dk and got to hammer a 36k health resto druid for 3 games.
Was a nice 3-3 split.
Rated and Gear scaling fixes this. Until then, as long as there are weekly quests to do 20 of these that offer honor/conquest, people with 40k HPs will continue to queue.
Its fantastic, My one problem with it, is if you get one player that is like 40k hp every single game people just one shot that one player and the experience is just trash. Solo shuffle they need to upgrade the min ilevel of everybody joining to 265 at least while its not ranked.
That’s the number of rounds someone has played, so if they have 4000 games played, the number of times they’ve queued is closer to 667
If you add my two druids I have over 7000 rounds played, but I spent the last comp stomp week trying gear up more alts, and ironically I think that actually killed my interest, because solo shuffle stopped being fun for me awhile ago and I only kept playing it out of habit

just hope it has some sort of ilvl requirement to queue for because currently people walking in there in greens and blues just kinda throw games to get their quests done
