About to hit level 30 as a warrior

I have about 8g to my name, whats a reliable way to get that 92g in 10 levels?

Mine skin or herb if you have those. I was grinding the bogs in the top left of the swamp of sorrow, it’s a pretty good spot and it’s easy to kill 2 at a time on a 36 ish warrior. I had my mount right at 40 on my warrior. You mostly start making your gold at 30 ish anyways so before that doesn’t matter as much.

Honestly? Skinning/mining got me my mount at 40. I was worried around 30 as well - I think I had like 25 gold at that time myself - but it really picks up speed the next few levels.

Of note I purchased all of my skills and even had enough leftover to buy armor on the AH (dreamweave chest and gloves). I’m now 45 and have enough almost for a second mount (as higher level mats sell better).

Level those skills if you don’t have professions yet. It may take a little time to run back to lower level areas and kill boars and find copper - but all of it sells super well on the AH. It may not be a ton but every stack counts. People WILL buy it if things are priced right.

I have been told mining nets more $$ than herbalism but I have yet to try herbalism to tell you yes or no to that. As I plan on dropping skinning for engineering at end game that’s why I went with mining over herbalism personally.

Here comes the second part: Auctioneer addon. It’s available through Twitch if you have it handle your addon management but it’s been a life-saver for knowing what to price things to get them to move. It takes a little time to figure out but you just make so much money off the AH it’s silly. It’ll tell you on the item tooltip if you should vendor or auction the item as well so you know to vendor stuff that isn’t worth posting.

Dual-gathering professions and selling everything on the AH. Money won’t be a worry.

My current goal? Let’s see if I can make enough in the next 15 levels for my epic mount

If you skin, go to Swamp of Sorrows. It’s the Land of Skins and Money.

I did not get my mount till level 43, i felt the crunch but I did not want to be flat broke and wanted some gold as a cushion. Mining, some key crafted blacksmith items on the AH, selling fish / cooking items and some random BOEs all added up. For the most part I am all skilled up for my class as I tank or dps depending on my group. Now the epic mount… I am trying not to think about it lol.

Don’t worry about, you will get your mount around 42-43. A mount is really nice to have, but you don’t spend as much time on it as you think you do.

I’m lvl 27 and I have the money for my mount just farm Savory Deviate Delights

Are you more concerned with having 100g at level 40, or with time spent to get 100g?

Gold comes faster as you gain levels.

Lol i got only 60g at lvl42… Since layer broke price in AH, i have some difficulty to get money from my other low level alt

How would you know this?

We’re on the same server? That’s how

This is where you are wrong. Do NOT sell everything to the vendor. Sell them on the AH for 4x the profit. Yeah - it takes a little longer - but logging in to a mailbox full of money every day isn’t so bad.

My server was selling the stacks for 1s more than vendor…wasn’t worth my time.

Worked well for me.

Fair point
