I highly doubt Druid will be because of lore reasons+development time in making all new forms for each race.
Being against the restrictions due to your role playing is the equivalent of being against flying because you think everyone should be on ground.

Point is: it’s not.
I pay $15/month to have fun. Uniqueness is fun. A sneaky cow is funsies.
So now hunters, warriors, death knights, mages, priests, and rogues will be unlocked for all except dracthyr.
That leaves monks, warlocks, druids, demon hunters, shamans, and paladins. Out of those, druids, demon hunters, paladins, and shamans would require the most extra work (in that order), since each has custom models: shapeshifts, metamorphosis, chargers, and totems.
So that leaves monks and warlocks. There should be no reason they aren’t included with mages, priests, and rogues. Unlock those for all too, then work on the more time consuming ones per patch until they are all done.
The lore is that this is a world filled with people who travel and change their daily lives. Pandaren don’t just sit in Pandaria doing Panda stuff, they’ve moved on which means it’s only a matter of time until some of them found their way into a Paladin order.
So excited for TAUREN ROGUES. 
Like I’ve said in other threads, I honestly think this hurts the game overall, so I hate to see all restrictions being removed.
I’ll finally be able to play a Blood Elf Druid!
Cat form will definitely be a lynx.
Flightform will definitely be a dragonhawk.
Guardian form will probably be a bear with Silvermoon colors and/or symbol.
Lore could be something like: To cure the Dead Scar and the Ghostlands the Blood Elves turned to a Druidic group of Blood Elves. Blood Elves are one race that wouldn’t need to be taught to be Druids. They already have that knowledge being related to Night Elves and all.
