In terms of the mount from the event, I feel that it is unfair that you need to do the event for five weeks straight to get it.
Especially when said part about the mount for doing it for five weeks in a row was not made that clear from the start.
Maybe it can be made to require either less weeks or allow for alts to fufill the requirement?

This season of Turbulent Timeways is an excellent opportunity to get the new Sandy Shalewing mount for completing the Master of the Turbulent Timeways achievement. Players can gain the achievement by earning the Mastery of Timeways experience buff every week during this five-week Turbulent Timeways event. The mount will be replaced by a new one next season I think. That is what is driving me crazy in terms of missing it.

They said nothing about it being replaced, it’s tied directly to the achievement and it’s not a fots/legacy thing

If you had done it last week you would have instead missed out on whatever you did with that time. And you only get so much time in life and then you die! Then you miss everything! Whoever created this universe is a real jerk with all this FOMO!
I know, spending an hr doing 5 dungeons and getting a piece of heroic loot is such a burden
