I added an authenticator but I still cannot make a group. Does it take time or did I forget to do something?

No, what Blizz has done is effectively eliminate ads from the group finder by implementing this change.

So I read most of the comments and don’t see it here… I’ve had the authenticator for years but I’m still getting the popup telling me I need the authenticator for full group finder functionality. When I click the activate button, it takes me to battle.net, where I login and, ironically, have to approve the login request on my authenticator. After doing that, I’m just taken to my account page, where it confirms the authenticator is tied to my account. After closing the game and logging back in, I still can’t edit any fields in group finder.
Anyone else with this issue? I submitted a ticket already, but was hoping someone else has a fix.

One, and once it’s reported whoever did it won’t have an easy of a time replacing their ad character. That is a MASSIVE improvement, for years now every group finder category has constantly had at least 10-20 ads in it.
Yeah there comes a point when you better just get with the times on a very basic level or just get left behind. Not having even a simple smart phone or being willing to download a simple app on said phone for fear of “the guvinmint” or what have you is a sign you probably should be putting forth whatever effort into your IRL score instead of worrying about creating custom groups in a video game

Okay that right there is false. Your telling me every account is worth a billion dollars? Times that by one million and you can pay off the national debt.
