Great, it does require Phone notifications and my cell is VoIP so I won’t be able to use the dungeon finder like I’ve always done. I’m being punished for what spammers have done. Why can’t using just the mobile authenticator be enough.

Guys, fyi, the authenticator DOES require notifications and a registered SMS number now. I have an S10 and it took about 3-4 hours of troubleshooting before I managed to get mine working.
What really sucks is that Blizz troubleshooting articles for the app suck and the app doesn’t properly set up notification settings to push the auth key to the app automatically like it says it does.
Also, to all the toxic people in here not helping try and find solutions to get people using the authenticator, you’re part of the reason people hate the community in this game.

They. Gave me parental control because i didnt get a AUTHENTICATOR …!.. them
They use to charge my cc for monthly then i found out and took it off
