…Blizzard is an American company technically? But also I was referring to the principle, not the first amendment.

You should try anxiety. Unlike energy drinks, it’s free! :stuck_out_tongue:

Lol, why not both, it evens out close to normal…
Right? :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

My doctor said they’re supposed to be opposites. Could’ve fooled me! Peanut butter, meet jelly.

Pretty much. A depressed panic attack is nuts.

I’ve noticed most americans (on the internet at least) have this insatiable need to make anything about themselves, they look for ways to twist the conversation until they have an opportunity to brag.

The company locatipn does not matter, as the first amendment only applies towards the government acting against you.

The principle is debatable.

You aren’t wrong but I want to point out that every single country that has the death penalty for people of the LGBT community is a Muslim majority countries. Both of which(Islam and Christianity) are intolerant of the LGBT community, but both are different religions. Just pointing it out because people like to bring up Christians with this subject and don’t mention Muslims in the same breath for some reason.

Heyo. Yeah I’m surprised this thing is even still around. It lasted a lot longer than I thought it would. I guess it can be the new LGBT+ thread since its clear at this point that the other one may have gotten bugged. this one is probably going to get locked if the other one gets unlocked. But.

Just had a good laugh that we’re both Count Jackula fans

The neutral way to look at it is that they stay within the limitations of what they know or think they know for sure in the context of their experience.

But working under such a supposition would preclude an easy avenue by which one might issue detractions.

Coke was once touted as a cure for alcoholism.

Honestly the only thing old school medicine got right was blood letting. That actually helps with something but it’s specific. Ugh I can’t remember it

edit Ty wikipedia. It helps with the rare diseases called hemochromatosis and polycythemia.

Depression and anxiety have the same mechanisms (re-uptake of serotonin, over-production of cortisol, etc.). That’s why they both high very high rates of comorbidity (when you get one, you often get the other).

Anxiety and depression are simply two different expressions of the same underlying condition. They are in no way opposites; if anything, they are sisters.

Anyway, that was a bit off topic… but I guess, kind of super on topic when you consider LGBT people have 3 times higher rates of anxiety and depression than straight people. It’s related to the constant stress of growing up differently (and possibly somewhat isolated), and people having specific expectations of what they think an LGBT person should be like. Small, but constant stress leads to higher cortisol levels, which, as I mentioned earlier, is part of the mechanism for mood and anxiety disorders.

Someone is fishing for trouble!

Agree with most of this but incarcarations and loan rates are not due to discrimination. They are the fallout of economic factors that have roots in the racist past. Hint there is no race question on a mortgage application or associated with your SSN or credit rating. You cant get a loan because you dont make as much etc. You pay more for insurance because there is more crime which is due to bad economics which is rooted in lost opportunities. Lenders love minorities who qualify because it helps their reported stats (and keeps them from being sued). All of this is based on a decade of working in the industry. Working hard is not enough unfortunately. And crime and punishment has a lot to do with lack of opportunities.

Do you normally flag someone for a trophy? Isn’t the entire point of flagging because the thread is inappropriate, or unrelated to WoW? I thought that was obvious. Reasons behind the flagging are unclear all around, but you don’t flag something to see it continue for 10k posts, lol.
