Let people who completed challenge mode gold have all of the sets unlocked. Its been a long time, some of the sets are very rare nowadays (Sorry if you like to use one of them) but Blizzard gave Scarab lords a cool new mount that nobody else gets so why not give us the rest of the sets? I’d bet a pretty penny it would bring back some of the players who enjoyed Mists of Pandaria!

Blizz I think tried to bring something back and the people rebelled 'cause they want to feel special in a game.
Blizz ain’t bringing it back, I wouldn’t mind even ‘SL reskin/recolor’ for some content. Ion is already designing around ‘rewards’ so why not.
I don’t remember them trying to bring them back, I have leveled so many druids because I love the set. I’m sure I’m not alone in this

I said ‘something’, don’t recall but I didn’t write that they tried to bring these sets. I for one don’t care if they bring back something after a long while. These ‘rare’ flex moments people achieve in a game feels silly.
edit: I like the druid set, never saw the others, didn’t play during mop so it’s a shame I couldn’t get it but yeah I think bringing them back would be neat, but don’t see it happening.
I don’t necessarily want them brought back, I want the rest of them unlocked for those that completed the dungeons in gold. (I’m sorry)

Splitting it up is like telling people, those who didn’t get the aotc mount but did 9/10 heroic can still get it.

I know…If they gave me the rest of the sets then people would want all of the mage tower stuff for all classes too. Give a little lose a lot =(

dude, don’t even play…we both know the druid one is the best one by a long shot…it does things nothing else in the game does. we are lucky, and it’s cooler than the stardust kittens…trust

The Druid pandaria challenge mode set is the best set in the entire game by a longshot. All of them do something special, some are just a little more noticeable than others.

i have the monk, dk and warrior sets from gold cms. i also did wod gold cms on 3 toons too ( thankfully 1 was warrior, who can equip every type of weapon ). and because of the MOP/WOD CM sets, i put in the work to do all 36/36 mage towers.
i really wish i had the time to get the hunter and rogue CM sets. i really like those sets. but unfortunately like the gladiator elite sets, they arnt coming back. there was a couple of the elite sets i wish i put the effort into earning. but c’est la vie.
They gave scarab lords a mount that ONLY SCARAB LORDS CAN GET. I don’t think its totally unreasonable. Elite pvp sets are different, they are season specific and don’t roll over to the next season. The only issue I can think of is everyone asking for mage account wide mage tower cosmetics. WoD challenge mode should be account wide too if they make the Pandaria ones account wide.

(the scarab lord thing changed my mind…but i think it’s cuz the devs had the mount and just changed it to their liking when they got into power)

Also, for mage tower there was an entire unique instance you had to do for each one right? (I didn’t do the mage tower I don’t actually know) The challenge mode sets were the same for every class you completed it on.
the trick for WOD cms weapons was to do it on a warrior and every class gets every weapon. because warriors are the only class that can equip every weapon. after MOP ended they said that as long as you have a max level toon of the same class, you could also use the sets your earned on other alts of the same class. WOD cm weapons just meant you only had to do it on a warrior for all of your toons to get them. i bet the completion rate for WOD cms was infinitely higher on warriors than any other class because of that.
it would be nice if they did it for the MOP sets, but i doubt it. look at the effort the art team is putting in atm. most of the sets we get these days are just reskins of existing sets with slight variations. the art team has been copy/pasting a bunch of old sets skeletons and just reskinning them.
I didn’t even know that you unlocked all of the WoD challenge mode weapons for more than just the class you unlocked it on. I quit playing in WoD like a lot of others did. The art team doesn’t have to do anything, they already made the sets! This is unfair, I demand restitution!
This is a confusing statement considering transmog wasn’t account-wide until Legion prepatch and you couldn’t use the CM sets on anything other than the characters that completed all golds and thus had the items in their bags.
Also, while a warrior would be able to use all of the appearances during WoD, none of them were shared with any other characters because again, the wardrobe wasn’t added until Legion prepatch. By that time they had already added the token that gave all of the appearances no matter which class you did it on.
Still, let me level a mage in Pandaria Challenge mode gear.
