on the ptr they are 80 special tokens each. the tokens warband and intro quest gives 10 as a rewards
the two rep/xp tokens are 10% one for a quest reward for 2hrs.
other quest gives 5-10 tokens each.
It’s likely only 80 for the first set. Wowhead the other day datamined something that implies that after the first set, successive sets are 50% off.
