Hi GMs, hi there. I made three RMB payments on October 4th to buy in-game items, but all of them have been stuck in “pending” status. I checked with my bank, and they confirmed the payments were successfully deducted from my account. I’ve also submitted an online ticket to request a refund, but that hasn’t worked out either. What I actually hope for is to get these payments processed successfully. Sorry for my English!

Ticets are averaging a few day i wager soon.
Make sure to only have 1 ticket open, more tickets aren’t quicker.

Just to touch on this - tickets are in a queue. So when you abandon a current ticket and resubmit a new one, you lose your spot in line and are thrown back to the back of the queue.
