The Pandas were the very first Neutral Race added to the game, and I think that should be reflected in their Heritage Armor.
So whatever it looks like eventually (we all know it’s gonna be Chen Stormstout cosplay), I hope it will have a neutral version (black or jade green) for everybody, plus a blue version for Alliance Pandas and a red version for Horde Pandas.
Also a chance it’ll be the Shado Pan outfit which has two color variations. 
Probably not.
Remember: The Shadow Pandas are an organization from Pandaria, and the playable Pandaren are not from Pandaria, they are from the turtle.
There were no Shado-Pan in the Wandering Isle.
It would be like having Kul Tiran Heritage Armor based on Gilneas stuff, just because Kul Tiras was settled by Gilneans ages ago.
Hmm. We did get the Grandmaster outfit of the Wandering Isle. 
…perhaps something related to Liu Lang? 
That is very possible. I would even dare to say, likely.
w/e it is I got a bad feeling it’s going to be one set of armor with two different coats of paint, one red one blue.
Idk, the Grandmaster outfit shouldve offered a more neutral color to be able to match more in game. Outfit is nice but didnt really largely match any of the Pandaria themed weapons.
I hope they go with a more Emperor Shaohao look, ancient chinese flowing robes look and pick a more matching color pallette OR simply offer recolors like they did with the SW heritage set
Honestly, I hope that the Pandaren armor has nothing to do with Horde and Alliance since the factions have nothing to do with the actual history of the race. I hope that if we get recolors it is reflective of the Celestials.

whatever they go with, i just hope its in a color thats actually usable. some of the heritage armors recently clash with most weapons
