You need to stop asking about your friends account. It’s between them and Blizzard. They have to appeal. You can’t appeal or enquire on their behalf.
Just wait on the ticket response.
You can keep appealing over and over until such time as Blizzard tells you no more.

This is botting/automation and is a permanent ban worthy offense. They don’t usually even warn for that because it’s so blatantly against the rules. If you want to get your account permanently banned on the first offense, that’s one way to do it.
It’s pretty much the worst offense in the game other than maybe harassing other players.
But my friend didn’t download this plugin, why was she also banned, and it was still two times? Isn’t that strange?
If my account is banned for this reason, then I can accept it, but why is my friend also banned from playing games? Is it because she has been playing games with me?

You and your friend need to wait your appeals. All that is happening now is speculation on what might have caused this. There’s no way us fellow players can know what happened to trigger this.
I’m afraid “this” won’t allow for a different outcome, Lkkls. Nor will it speed up a response to your investigation. If you have an active investigation, you will need to wait for your issue to be reviewed and they will contact you as soon as they have the results.
I should also note, that putting in multiple tickets to different regions, Taiwan, North America and Europe, is ill advised. It absolutely will not allow our staff to do something differently.
