The quests keep repeating same stuffs for 3 weeks now, and I can not go through it anymore… is this achievement designed and intended like this or bug to fix? I am really screwed up now… can someone give me answer??
You wont realy get a answer here id post in bug reports. FYI u wont get a resonse there but it will be seen by those that look at bugs they wont comer to the CS forums.

also I must have good luck and take at least 4 weeks to complete if I am really lucky lol

Yeah it can take a while to get them all. I think it took me over six weeks to get them all. The quests are rng, not on any sort of schedule/cycle.
