after a week’s worth of patient ticketing, they finally replaced my 298 off hand with one that works with the vendor. Jeez.
I opened a ticket 2 days ago and no response. What did you do? What do you mean by patient ticketing? Did you just wait? Just replace my token already Blizzard…ugh…
Edit: Just got my new token in the mail and it works. Resolved after about 2 days.

Ditto. Support just sent me a new token after about 2 days.
they comically sent me a raid finder 194 replacement on the 2nd ticket. The first was an auto-response. It took a week.
