There is no specific IP range for countries anymore since the IPv4 pool of addresses filled up years ago. Since then companies globally have been reselling their unused public IP ranges back into circulation.

Back on topic... Lag is still !@#$ on Dath'Remar tonight in Arathi.
Just a reminder... lag still plagues us and it's bloody awful. Get your stuff together blizz, your communication on top of your lack of ability to fix these issues is utterly disappointing for a billion dollar company, let alone for a game which requires a monthly subscription fee.

I hadn’t experienced it with a caster, was out in Stormsong tonight.

Two-three second delay on your smites going off is insanely annoying. Probably won’t bother with my only alt now until you fix this shambles.

MTR to address: 103.4.115.248

That is the Sydney server IP address to look at but so far there hasn't been anything showing that the lag is happening between player and server, it appears to be an internal server problem.

That looks like an Optus problem because you are getting a lot of lag on the very first hop.

Any update on this issue Blizzard? It was another lagfest last night doing world quests in Nazmir and Arathi Highlands.
I think it's silence that gets me most out of this. Silly Oceanic people thinking that they deserve some kind of answer!

Blizzard haven't even confirmed that they have tested at the right time yet, or that they can 'see' the lag...

Very frustrating.
38 days post launch and no real response nor action.

Whenever I see people threatening to unsub because of some broken balance changes or for *any* reason, I smirk.

but now... with less than 24hrs left on my sub, this lag is making me realise it actually is this infuriating when something as broken as this is not fixed. And definitely pushed me over to the not-subbing-again train. feels like i'm still playing in US servers in 2005.
It's the complete lack of customer service that made me unsub, more than the actual lag. Why keep paying for something that is broken and the company that built it doesn't want to communicate with you about fixing it.

This. I've just cancelled my sub and have no intention of logging in to use what remains of my game time unless this is fixed.

I was really enjoying BfA. I leveled to 120, but wanted to finish all the Alliance zones before moving onto Zandalar. But the lag just makes questing not fun. I want the leveling experience as it was intended, not as a stop-motion film. I pay my sub just like my NA and EU brethren. I demand an experience of equal quality.

Blizz, I realise that you don't often speak unless you have something to add, but that needs to change. People are unsubbing because of the lack of communication over and above the actual issue.

I remember reading the first reviews for Lost Vikings and always viewed you as the people's gaming company. I'm beyond disappointed in you.

The only reason I can think that they'd leave us with a borderline unplayable experience every night and all weekend is that they just don't care enough to take any action on this. A few days sure, a week or two maybe but nearly 40 days now with little more than 'Looking into it', If they cared enough this would be fixed.
So I've just been looking on the EU Technical Forums and they seem to be experiencing a similar issue as those on the Oceanic servers. A Blue Post was made yesterday about it..if only we were given such information!
