Ability/Loot Lag on Oceanic Servers Despite Normal Latency

Lag is horrible right now, we're going in to week 5, and this !@#$ is still going on. I was mildly annoyed from weeks 1-3, I well beyond annoyed now though.

Have to love it when you are on a DH, jump off and glide...or at least attempt to glide and hit the ground with a bang because the glide didn't activate before you hit the ground.

Since this is happening EVERY DAY from 5ish pm -11-12pm on most AU servers maybe your tester's should just be on and ready between these times

As others have previously reported, the lag is only being experienced in BFA zones.

Realm: Frostmourne
Solo or grouped, it seems worse in group
War mode off

This really doesn't seem to matter to me about time etc, but I can only play in peak. Turning my add ons sometimes helps but not always.

I found that BfA zones were lagging tonight. I ported back to Stromwind city and found there was no lag at all. Come back to BfA zones and lag appears right on time.

Chiming in to say I have the same issue as the OP on Khaz'goroth. Pretty disappointing, after this amount of time it should've been fixed or at least acknowledged as a major issue. It's made my time pretty un-fun with this expansion so far.

It's unacceptable.

So, last night, after getting sick of the lag, and nearly dying a bunch of times (thank god for the lag extending eyebeam to about 10 seconds of channeling) I raised a gm ticket requesting a refund.

I’ll paraphrase the reply mainly because I’m on my phone.

Basically a 1000 post thread about players experiencing this issue doesn’t constitute a a widespread issue, and we should just continue to provide winmtr results... oh, and there’s nothing wrong.

Oh and we don’t provide refunds.

I would strongly suggest raising a support ticket requesting refunds/extensions on billing cycles.
