Was in Drustvar before, it start lagging again. U can notice it by looting mobs. Takes about 5 sec. main city all good for now. Nothing else seen lag. Only new bfa 3 zone alliance side.

The issue: Pretty constantly for about an hour, in Tiragarde I'm getting up to 3.5 seconds of delay on spells/actions. Slightly less in other zones but still very noticeable. Lag may very well have been going for longer, but i've only just logged on.
Been both in a group and solo, hasn't affected the lag.

How long: 10+ times during approx. 1 hour that I was there, until I left approx. 20 mins prior to this post. Delays reaching several seconds for periods of 1-5 minutes, mostly corresponding to combat.
Latency: 15ms-25ms, both home and world.
Realm: Khaz'goroth
Group: Yes, with a character from the same realm.
War Mode: Off.

Given the nature of the lag I am inclined to suggest that the shards are receiving more inputs than they can process with the computing resources they are allocated. In other words, I believe they are operating close to max load, and easily overload when the shard has to handle extra players or actions for whatever reason. This includes (but may not be limited to) instances of players joining a World Boss or World Quest group based in the affected shard.

I have experienced this in other zones at various times as well, invariably connected to high populations of players in the same shard. First experienced the third day after BFA launch, and only experienced in BFA content.

EDIT: 10pm - Went to Drustvar afterward and it was pretty much unplayable - sometimes spells lagged 1-2 secs and other times seems like they just never cast. chat in the zone was everyone was experiencing this. Had to leave that zone as its just horrible lag wise

So Blizzard just log into and listen to zone chat - pretty much sums it up for ya.
