Ability/Loot Lag on Oceanic Servers Despite Normal Latency

An issue that affects the entire Oceanic region.

So......I ask again, where are we?
Taken while getting ridiculous lag on abilities, handing quests in, etc.
Surely by now your technical support team would have been able to rule out network issues, this has been a problem since the release of the expansion (mostly happens during times when you would expect a high number of concurrent connections to the servers, such as in the evenings during weekdays, and all-day weekends. Communication has been extremely lacking.

I really don't understand Blizzards POV here...

If we are ONLY lagging in BFA zones how can it be our connection?

If we go to Stormwind or Durotar or Dalaran all our lag goes away, if we enter a dungeon all our lag goes away, but if we step out into the open world where you quest and do world quests, there is a delay on looting and everything combat specific.

It's 100% Blizzards servers and how the shard technology works in BFA zones. One would assume it would have to do with the amount of people on that specific shard and who we are sharing it with since Dungeons/Old world content have zero lag.

I'm actually very surprised this hasn't been fixed yet and even more surprised they haven't made an announcement yet on what the actual problem is.

Absolutley unplayable lag, all while showing 50ms home/world.

Went to stormsong valley and was hit by the curse of the oceanic peak time server lag.
Just logged on Caelestrasz, in Drustvar, lag is back, as per usual. Not doing another winmtr, already provided enough, they could probably do with them from people other than those of use who have been posting them for 2 weeks.

6 days left on my sub. I may well be taking a break from subscribing until its fixed.
Oceanic PR is rather lacking. This could have been covered by a "we done goofed, and are working on resolving it" kind of message, but the fact there's been no information as to what is going on certainly starts to ring alarm bells. Even more so when a Blue comes in and calls their customers fans, rather than paying customers.

We're paying you so that we can play this game, we're customers of a service. That service has been found severely lacking.
Can we please have some better communication from Blizzard on what is happening? It is frustrating that we have to deal with the lag while we get told, "post this and we'll look into it" without any news down the track.
Blizzard won't attempt to do anything to fix this. Their servers suck and refuse to upgrade them as it would cost money, so their solution is to just wait, wait till enough people have quit playing so the servers can handle the player base.

Blizzard will keep beating around the bush and stringing us along but it's all false promises.

We all know WHAT is happening. We need Blizzard to tell us WHY!
Please don't fix this. I love spending 3 seconds looting corpses. Very enjoyable and smooth experience. Would definitely recommend this game to a friend.
There obviously ignoring us , I posted a response I recieved from blizzard in reagrd to this ongoing issue and they deleted my post...

No idea why , as far as Code of conduct went I didnt breach anything
So In a nutshell

I was told , to delete my wtf folder , reinstall the game , run repair , draw a pentacle , turn three times a spit.

If a GM reads this then yes i'm salty , I pay the same registration fee's as all of your US citizens and I feel like i'm being treated far worse.

I have been sitting here advocating patience and tolerance and posting logs as requested. I am now far behind many many other people in the game in both rep and gear because I simply cannot grind out world quests with this hideous lag.

I cannot turn world PvP on because I quite honestly have a giant red target painted on my laggy butt.

I am at best enjoying maybe 25% of the game experience as dungeons are not lagging for me.

And the only response i've had is equivalent to please turn it off then back on.

I'm insulted as are most of my Australian brethren.

Fix your game and supply every Australian Player with a rep buff to catch up

Hey blizzard.. we paying "fans" would like this !@#$ fixed because now almost 4 weeks in? enough is enough.

We have been WAYYYY too patient for your incompetence and now its time to face the damn music and either tell us you cant be assed fixing the problem, or that you're not going to fix the problem.

This burying your heads in the sand is pathetic.
