Has not been too bad for me personally, but occasionally it feels like I have been sharded on to a US server or something. But I check my latency and it consistently reads about 22/22.
Seems to be about peak time where it FEELS like my latency is 200-300ms, but it fluctuates from normal to about that, but as I said its not reflected in the ping reading.

So a week after launch and still no response from Blizzard outside of a generic copy/paste? No "sorry guys, we're working on it, here's a week of game time"? That's the least they could do.
Having a game virtually unplayable for the first week of launch takes all the momentum out of it. I'm sure BfA is probably going to be fun, but we just don't know yet because we can barely play it.
Also not sure why I can still post with no sub, guessing the lag on their servers still hasn't processed my refund from 2 days ago.

I seem to get the issue whenever i zone into a non oceanic server. Dungeons i just get massive lag then dc - but my chat works fine during that time
Don't worry guys, they're hard at work getting those NA servers back up and running in under 2 hours, I'm sure we're next ;)
Having been here since vanilla I thought this launch looked pretty good, but now with all the issues across all zones across multiple aspects of the game it's up there as one of the worst.

NA realms have issues and you have several blue posts and the entire team getting it back up in 5 minutes. OCE has multiple, sweeping server issues making the game entirely unplayable for thousands of players and we get “send your winMTR.”
Lag was awful in the world last night, but fine in instances. We've discovered that turning warmode on makes it bearable, but not always.

Currently some sort of problem beyond lag. Caelestrasz Stormsong zone. Could not hand in quest, could not herb, could not exit. Had to hard exit. On relog I have a black screen but no chars showing and a greyed out 'Enter World' button.
About done with this. Lag and server issues and permanent darkness unless you play after midnight. :/

Looks like Oceanic is dead, Jim.
And if these problems keep happening, the game on Oceanic will become a ghost town because people will just get fed up and go off to play other games until the issues are fixed.
I realise a new expansion has bugs and issues, thats to be expected. But we have had Alpha, we have had Beta, we have had PTR and now we are live and we are having game breaking issues constantly happening.
Not good, truly.
And if these problems keep happening, the game on Oceanic will become a ghost town because people will just get fed up and go off to play other games until the issues are fixed.

It would be good to get some server work for our OCE servers, it is definitely a server issue.
Well this sucks, I can only play limited time as it is but to have that taken away because of server issues is very annoying. I assume it is due to overloaded servers?

More neglected, I'd say. Blizz seems to have ignored the ongoing issues in OCE outside of asking for data. They might have guessed/hoped that it should have been able to hold until Weekly Maintenance.
Looks like they were wrong.
Same, was at last boss in Siege and then ended up on otherside of the boss. Everyone appeared next to me but they were saying I wasn't. Relogged and come back to a blank char screen. Everyone on the realm appears to be having the same issue. Please update Blizzard and fix the issue.

been experiencing lag spikes , drop outs and game going out of sync for weeks now and worse in war mode since pre-patch went live
