I have opened a ticket about this under Zone Disruption, as it basically FORCES people to turn off their in-game sound which is a major disruption in my eyes. Blizzard responded with an extremely vague and poorly written response so I will try to shed some light on the issue here.
I do not think warlocks should be allowed to spam their pet’s ability off of the global cooldown. It is not in the spirit of the game to sit at a populated area and spam the same ability over and over for no apparent reason other than to annoy players. The player in question does this consistently for several hours a day as we are grinding ranks near battlemasters. At ANY point of time that this player is not in queue and standing at the battlemaster, which can be recorded being upwards of 4+ hours a day, this player will spam Paranoia or Blood Boil or whichever ability it is that Felhunters use.
I will continue to create tickets and cause uproar about this in any way possible, and I will attempt to get in contact with a live representative from Blizzard tomorrow to see what can be done. Some people tell me I should just turn my sound off, but that should not have to be the solution to a player attempting to ruin the gameplay experience for others. I hope that by creating this thread I can get some discourse going and maybe a GM will see the problem.
