As previously, I still don't have much more to share, but we are pretty sure we know what the problem is and are still working on it. Once we get a fix together we'll get it out as soon as we can.

I don't know but I'm from the EST on US servers and I have the exact same problem as Oceanic servers. My issues are 100% the same as overseas players. Good latency horrible input lag that nothing seems to remedy. Today is my last day to post but I wanted to not give anyone false hope. It's the game, not you.

I've been having this issue from the moment I got into BFA zones, I leveled this toon from lvl1 and had no issues until BFA.
I don't have Warmode turned on
Today and yesterday have been near constantly bad to the point I'm thinking of logging off or playing another toon in lower lvl zones.
I'm plying on my Pally named Gwynedd.
I really hope you can find the problem soon as this is really not a fun way to play.

Frostmourne Alliance WM OFF in Arathi Highlands (world, not warfront) as well as Kul Tiras and Zandalar Zones.
The issue is not present in instanced gameplay (dungeons, raids etc).
The issue is typically far worse when lots of players are present ie. when alliance lose control of arathi and go to kill the rare mobs there, or at around 5:30pm-10pm.
Swapping to/from warmode doesn't necessarily make it better or worse, they both seem to intermittently experience the issue independently.
I experience ~4 seconds of loot lag, ~2-3 seconds of combat lag. World/Home latency reads a consistent 18ms throughout.
Test run 21/10/18 12:04pm to 12:14pm, mostly while in Arathi.

If I wasn't a guild/raid leader I would have quit the game over this issue by now. Please invest more into fixing it, I've been playing since 2005 and this is the sorriest state of the game I can remember.
That said, thank you to the blizz staff that are communicating in this post.

Loot lag, cast lag, picking herbs is an exercise in futility, mobs attack fine but I fight like Im up to my neck in glue, on a scale of 1-10 on how utterly fed up I am with this....to the back teeth.
And its ~7am local time and Drustvar is a complete lagfest.
This isnt "peak time" either.

2 hours later and it's still a giant lagfest in Drustvar on Khaz'garoth/Dath-Remar
I hadn't experienced the issue for a week and was hoping things were getting better, but then last night was a horrible lagfest in Drustvar and Vol'dun. It annoyed me so much I just logged off.
My sub finally runs outs in 2 days. It's a shame Blizzard crafted an expansion that has turned out to be nothing but frustrating to the point where I am driven away even though I actually want to play. I still hope one day I can return once Blizzard stops ignoring their Oceanic customers and attempts to improve our game experience.
Holy !@#$ the lag is so bad my Flight Masters Whistle doesn't work. It comes down, picks me up, sits there for 10 seconds, then lets me off and I haven't moved.
I actually managed to play relatively fine for1 or 2 days after the last blue post. But since arathi opened to alliance chars kill rares, it turned back to complete crap

It just keeps being getting bettere (ironic). You can get in for like 10 seconds then bye. You get booted. Why hasn't any blue taken a look at this yet?
