Ability/Loot Lag on North American Servers Despite Normal Latency

Hey y’all. Thanks for all the reports with the requested information - we’ve got enough information for now and we’re opening something up for the server folks to look into. As we get information we’ll let you know our next steps or anything you can do to improve things, but for now your best bet to work around this is try toggling between war mode. This is not always effective, but it may help depending on time of day.
