Abilities and Keybinds

New to warlock, been levelling one on and off since maybe September and now Pre patch. Just hit 50. Now im curious how many keybinds other locks are using and im just going to share mine because it seems to be getting a bit crazy. Sh=Shift

( Im using a Razer Naga so now comes Mouse Buttons)

Mouse 1 is Tab, Mouse 2 is Focus target.

Mb3 - Rain of Fire Macro
Mb4 - Unending Resolve
Mb5 - Shadowfury
Mb6 - Gateway
Mb7 - Burning Rush
Mb8 - Interrupt/Pet ability
Mb9 - Havoc Mouseover
Mb10 - Circle Tele
Mb11 - Curse of Exhaustion
Mb12 - Always use this for Health pots.

That leaves curse of weakness on a control 1 key. My pets are not bound and rituals and soulwells arent either.

Thats 30 buttons for one spec lol, since im new to warlock im just wondering, has this always been like this, i understand some are obv situational but my god im using 3 bars and almost running out of room. As you can prob tell ive been avoiding using control/alt modifiers because I simply just hate those keys as modifiers, just feels awkward for me.

Idk im curious what everyone else uses, and Honestly since pre patch My warrior almost feels just as bad with how many binds I have, I think affliction may be more but I know my fury is almost 30 or maybe even more.z

Appreciate any info and feedback, thanks!

I’ll just use my destro abilities as an example because that’s what I’m playing as atm

1 - Immolate

3 - Incin
4 - Chaos Bolt
Sh 1 - Cov ability 1
Sh 2 - Pet Ability
Sh 3 - Havoc
Sh 4 - Fear
Ctrl 1 - Banish

Ctrl 3 - Fel Dom
Ctrl 4 - Shadow Furry
Ctrl 5 - Health Funnel

R - Mount
Sh Q - Rain of Fire
Sh E - Summon Infernal

Ctrl R - Possibly Trinket/some defensive item

F - Blank atm for destro
Shift F - Racial/any buff item
Ctrl F - Demo circle
Middle Mouse Button - Burning Rush
Sh MMB - Curse of Exhaustion
Ctrl MMB - Demo Circle tele

That’s about the general layout of what I use, I’m thinking about switching shift 1 and ctrl R for my cov ability, no matter what class I play I usually have 3 as my builder ability since its something you generally spam and then 2 as my quick attack ability/instant, I also keep MMB as my “Gotta go fast”/dash button and shift MMB as my “Slow your a** down”/“Get over here” button mainly for PvP.
