Still a problem.
I have the quest completed. Tracker leads me to the seat of the aspects where Ebyssian is currently. Can’t hand in there. I found him at loam,no joy. Also found him by himself up near the raid also no joy.
Rather annoying.

You have to accept the quest at the raid entrance to go in with wrath ion and sabellian to do some quests to clear out the remaining garbage. Once you’re done with it all you get a portal to valdrakken. You talk to alexstraza with him. She names him black aspect. Then you get to turn in the quest.
I am having the same issue, killed Sark twice this week on my main hunter (once on LFR and just now on heroic after abandoning the quest and re-accepting it). I think the issue may be completing the quest that makes Ebyssian an aspect before killing Sark…
I found him in Loamm, but he is just standing there like an idiot!! He even had the nerve to pretend like he never even gave me the quest! See, not THAT’S real life! Someone asks you to do something extremely difficult and time consuming and then pretends like you didn’t do a thing!
