Aberrus raid skip malfunction

For a couple weeks now the skip in Aberrus has not been working. We kill Echo of Neltharion and when we zone in the next day or even extend the raid id to the next week, Echo is still alive. While not a significant issue, it is a PITA and a waste of time as we do not receive any loot from killing an already dead boss.

Before the flames arrive, I am the raid lead, I am the first in the instance, I am the raid id extender. We have even tried different raid leads with the same lock out and resets and just about everything we can think of.

Any thoughts or confirmations that I am not, in fact, losing my mind.

Nah, we experienced this bug as well. Definitely does not always work as intended. We tried everything we could think of to work around it so we didnt have to kill Echo of Neltharion again but nothing works except just killing him again. During our break time, we tried reforming right after killing Echo with our raid leaders ID, and Echo was up again within 5 minutes of reforming after just killing him.
