if you were being “forced” to scrap items, you wouldn’t have the option to delete.

But yeah, the amount of residium is stupidly low. I’d rather have vendored extra azerite pieces.

I think the proper word is “prodded”.

Granted with an Electric prod, but at least you can delete gear.

On my realm with a very active and healthy economy, ore is still going for 20-33g per piece. I’d imagine it’s similar or more expensive on most other realms.

Try actually saving up that “worthless” ore you get your hands on and post it when that ore is the Warfront turnin of the day, when those ore prices skyrocket.

…Being forced to scrap is bad?

I’m just glad I have something to work towards and a way to target BiS items easily. The scrapper change for Azerite pieces is one of the best 8.1 changes by far.

Fine: YOU sell what that shyster of a scrapper gives you and see how much you get.
and let us know, as well.
Otherwise, go bait some other game’s fprums.

i just de that stuff because the mats are worth more to me than the mats i’d get from scrapping stuff. all my dudes will get new weapons when season 2 starts so i’ve kinda been hoarding my enchanting mats.

It’s all about those blood stained bones. They’re about 12g ea on my server. Doesn’t sound like much, but you can get about 1k an hour easy. 12k an hour isn’t a bad farm

Why is every poster from moon guard over reactive, hyper emotional and just…so emo?

I agree that they should allow vendoring as well, however I mean why not?

It is a slap in the face that we can’t vendor them and are forced to hike to the stupid scapper.

They have to force feed us this useless, stupid content.

This is an incredibly annoying change. On my main, sure, I’ll scrap for the chance at the residium. But for alts? Who cares? I’d MUCH rather sell them for extra gold (particularly the blue WQ/Emissary rewards that are useless anyway) than bothering with the scrapper.

Also, on my Horde side alts, I will scrap NOTHING. Fix that damn city, Blizzard. It is an abhorrent mess of a layout, and there’s ZERO reason to have their profession masters and scrapper WAY the hell down away from their FP. Ridiculous.

And on your server monelite ore generally sells for 20g - if you get a couple of pieces of ore you come out ahead of your vendor price you quoted.

And you know this site also shows what the highest prices are - scroll down and check out daily details - shows the prices back to sept.

If you have never seen the price higher than that you don’t check your auction much.

If players can’t opt to sell their azerite gear, less gold in the system.

Does your profession affect the mats you get from the scrapper now? I scrapped 11 pieces of armor on my tailor and didn’t get a single ore. Got cloth, thread, some leather and a couple expulsom.
